UPDATE- It’s a little difficult to get the right people on the phone for paperwork after my purchase. And Mark did not get back to me about a post buying question. Otherwise, I have mostly had a good experience.Mark was great! He had to juggle a few customers so we mostly worked with Steven in finance. He was amazing!! He worked hard with the numbers to get me what I wanted. It has changed my opinion of those small one off used car places. I would definitely buy from them again. This past Xmas I decided to buy a E300 for the wife. I went to Platinum auto in Alpharetta. In the 20 plus years I have been buying cars, its the most pleasant experience for me. Like any used vehicle purchase situation you will always have issues, and it is in that moment you know the quality of the dealership you are purchasing from.First the Sales Agent, Caleb, was amazing, during the sales process his wife had some medical issues. he took off but continued to support me remotely through the sales process. Then comes the big lifting, I am very particular with what I buy, especially for the wife, call me a complainant if you want, but Brent the general manager left me speechless.There was no complaint, no demand too big for Brent, taking care of every single thing I demanded. Honestly I am already thinking of picking up another car from Platinum auto, this time for myself. If you are serious about getting a good luxury used car. I am going to suggest you step to Platinum auto in Alpharetta first, I guarantee you will not regret it. I already referred a few friends in the NFL. Take my post with you and ask for Caleb or Brent

Changed to 5 stars8/23/2025 I purchased a BMW with a headlight that was severely scratched, and one of the lights were out/not working.We went back and forth multiple times on a deal for the car. Part of the deal was to replace the headlight, and it is in writing from the dealership.After being dragged around for 3+ months by the salesman, he quit and told me to reach out to Steven, the manager. I have reached out over 2 weeks and 3 separate times with no response at all.

Just purchased a very clean 2019 Hyundai Tucson Limited from the guys at Platinum Used Cars.
